Project Manager 

Full Time

InTACT is seeking a Project Manager to lead the

operational integration of our system with military forces. 

This role includes full ownership of project execution – from initial planning to on-site implementation – and involves direct

coordination with military clients, internal development teams,operations, procurement, and engineering. 

The ideal candidate will manage multiple moving parts,

align timelines and deliverables, and ensure successful

deployment under real operational conditions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end system integration with operational units. 

  • Plan and execute field trials, including coordination, oversight, and post-trial reporting. 

  • Manage day-to-day timelines, tasks, and milestones across internal teams. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for military clients and field stakeholders. 

  • Coordinate across engineering, product, procurement, operations, and regulatory functions. 

  • Address technical and operational challenges in real time. 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex technology projects – required. 

  • Prior work with defense/security sectors or government clients – strong advantage. 

  • Technical literacy and ability to collaborate with engineering teams. 

  • High level of organization, ownership, and interpersonal communication. 

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English. 

  • Willingness to operate in both office and field environments (trials, demos, client engagements). 

  • Willingness to travel periodically to the U.S., as needed. 

Sales Manager – U.S. Defense Market 

Full Time, Hybrid (Israel-based with frequent travel to the U.S.) 

InTACT is hiring a Sales Manager to lead the company’s business development and sales activities in the U.S. defense market. 
The role includes full-cycle sales management – from identifying opportunities to closing deals – with government agencies, integrators, and strategic partners across the U.S. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead sales and business development efforts in the U.S. defense sector 

  • Identify and engage with potential clients and strategic partners 

  • Manage the full sales process: meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and contract closure 

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client site visits 

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to tailor solutions to client needs 

  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, and market opportunities

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in B2G or B2B sales in the defense or dual-use technology sector – required 

  • Proven experience working with U.S. defense entities (e.g., DoD, integrators) – strong advantage 

  • Deep familiarity with U.S. military procurement processes and defense market structure 

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term business relationships 

  • Native-level English – required 

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. 

  • Based in Israel or the U.S., with availability for hybrid work
